As families, individuals and business are coping with the serious effects of COVID-19, TDK Metro Terminals is doing our best to ensure the safety of employees, truckers and continuity of business.
We understand our role in the supply chain and the importance of keeping the flow of cargo.
For this reason, we have, and will continue to take measures to ensure the continuity of business. Over the coming days and weeks, we will be taking actions to prevent / mitigate transmission of COVID-19.
We have already implemented some procedures, but as the situation continues to evolve, so will our preventive actions. *procedural memo’s will be provided specifically and separately*
We understand some of these measures will cause disruption with day to day operations, but the goal is to ensure TDK stays open to provide an exceptional level of service during these pressing times.
We will be asking our customers and partners to be patient and understanding with the ever-changing dynamics of the COVID-19 situation. TDK will do its best to limit operational disruptions, but it will not be a perfect science, and we will be asking for your co-operation.
These are unprecedented times, but we will all work together to keep everyone safe and collectively moving forward!
